Their Drag & Drop Website Builder is very easy to use and does not require knowledge of web design code or anything like that.

You don’t have to already own a domain or be ready to publish your site in order to check it out.
Just sign-up (simple sign-up or use your Facebook login) and then see how it works.
You can publish your website at Weebly (affiliate, see disclosure) using your own domain or you can use a subdomain of Weebly. They provide instructions for both options.
If using a domain you already own you can follow the instructions Weebly provides for editing your DNS info with your registrar. If you need to purchase a new domain, Weebly offers that service too. However, I would suggest purchasing domains from GoDaddy (affiliate, see disclosure) as they offer lower prices and are the world’s largest domain registrar. Weebly offers specific instructions on how to update your DNS settings with GoDaddy, so it is fairly easy to do.
